New Delhi:
Imagine going to the cinema to see the first day of the most anticipated movie of the year and unable to see the second half of the movie due to a technical glitch.
This is exactly what happened in a California theater during a screening of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR. Film critic tweeted about the incident today, saying the theater was showing the first half of the film, but not the second half.
“First time this happened! Went to #RRR’s Cinemark North Hollywood #firstdayfirstshow. Saw the first half but not the second because the theater didn’t swallow it,” Ms Chopra said on Twitter.
She further explained the outage and said the manager had not received any instructions that there was more.
“Incredibly frustrating! I want to cry,” she said.
