Social media user Prachi Singh took to Instagram to explain how she and her husband were about to leave for the concert when they discovered the tickets were missing. A few minutes later, the couple learned that the precious tickets were in the trash somewhere.
“Yes, so this disaster happened. Yesterday we got two Coldplay tickets and they were kept in a package on the dining room table,” Ms Singh captioned the video.
“Today we got ready, the driver was waiting and during the departure we couldn't find the bands and our maid said ki woh toh safai mai phek diye (I threw it away while cleaning.”
In the video shared, Ms Singh was seen standing near the waste containers as sanitation workers searched for the tickets inside.
“The construction guys were kind enough to check all the trash that was thrown out today.” she inquired.

Coldplay in India
Coldplay concerts have become one of the most sought-after live music events in recent years. The band was scheduled to perform only one concert in India, but due to overwhelming demand, four more shows were added. The tickets were gone in no time.
During the first night at the Mumbai Stadium, the singer, Chris Martin, read the signs held by the fans and uttered “Jai Shri Ram” after seeing it on one of the signs. This spontaneous gesture was received with cheers from the crowd. He even asked about the meaning of the sentence.
Coldplay will perform again in Mumbai on January 21 before heading to Ahmedabad for concerts on January 25 and 26, which will be streamed live on Disney+ Hotstar.
