The woman is seen with two large pythons in a snake pit.
Videos of snakes and pythons slithering down a road or sliding over buildings often shock social media users. Some of these reptiles are enormous and are among the most venomous in the world. So when a woman shared a video of herself cuddling a python on Instagram, it amused a significant portion of the platform’s users. Part by the handle The Reptile Zoo, the 10 second clip shows the woman sitting in a snake pit with two large pythons – one of which is yellow.
The zookeeper tries to grab the reptiles that run away from the enclosure. The accompanying caption stated that the purpose of including the clip is “to create a quick educational video” about snakes.
“As expected, these guys can be so unpredictable! That’s okay! Lol. What can you expect from snakes,” the caption continued.
The clip was posted two days ago and has since amassed over two lakh views and over 14,000 likes. Instagram users were shocked and amazed at the same time.
“Oh my, this is nightmare fuel for me. Brave woman,” said one user. “I think this girl is crazy because no sane person would do what she does,” said another.
“You are my hero,” said a third user. Some wanted to know where they were and if they could go into the well with her.
Just over a month ago, a video from Australia showed that you can see a carpet python slithering behind the photo frame. The clip was shared 24/7 by snake catching and reptile relocation group Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers.
According to snake rescuer Dan Rumsey, the reptile was the cause of the artwork leaning away from the wall.
