The image shows an LPG-loaded truck falling into the valley.
A shocking video has surfaced online showing a truckload of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) falling into a steep valley. The footage, shared on Reddit on Wednesday by a user named Abdullah Arif, shows the vehicle navigating a very narrow path as it crosses a mountain and falls into the ravine. The user said the incident happened this month in Muzaffarabad, Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
At the beginning of the 30-second clip, people can be heard shouting “Mercy, Oh God” as the truck driver tries to cross the narrow section, but loses his balance and slides into the valley.
The video has been viewed thousands of times since it was shared with many Reddit users asking questions about the incident and the driver’s condition.
“Truck driver jumped out and is safe,” a user said.
Another said: “If this were to end in a Michael Bay-esque explosion, whoever edited this video really needs to rethink his or her calling in life.”
According to the post, there was no explosion at the scene of the incident. Another video of the horrific incident was shared on Twitter by a user named Husnain Mukhtar Qureshi.
Recently, a video went viral on social media showing a tow crane crashing into the water while lifting a truck that had already fallen off the bridge. The incident took place in Odisha’s Talcher.
The video showed the crane collapsing and falling off the bridge while the driver was still inside. No one was injured in the event, according to reports. The driver of the industrial vehicle managed to swim safely out of his crane cabin.
