Loving a dog is one thing and saving a dog’s life is a bigger task. Sometimes animals end up in precarious places and cannot get out. That’s why videos of people saving animals are really heartwarming to watch. Just like this clip that shows a man skipping weddings to rescue a stray dog clinging to the side of a flooding river.
The video shows the dog standing on its legs on what appears to be a concrete base along a flooding stream. Seconds into the clip, a man in a formal two-piece suit is seen walking to the river and rescuing the dog. Another man can also be seen joining forces during the mission so that he can pull up the “coatless hero” once he successfully gets the dog to safety.

Shared a few hours ago on Reddit, the video has already taken the internet by storm. It has received over 58,000 upvotes and hundreds of comments. While some internet users said the interaction between the man and the stray dog at the end of the video was their favorite part, others wrote that they liked how the dog ended up following the man behind it.
