A video is gaining popularity on social media in which a man is jogging with squirrels in a park. Surprised? Well, he adopted a simple trick of throwing nuts on the floor, causing the squirrels to chase him.

Squirrels are cute little animals known for their love of nuts and excellent eyesight. Researchers say that because of their inability to digest cellulose, squirrels eat meals rich in protein, carbohydrates and lipids.
The video was shared Monday by Alison Cameron on Twitter with the caption: “Finally I caught on camera the jogger throwing nuts behind him and as a result being recognized by a group of squirrels running after him.”
The video has been viewed 5.1 lakh times and gained 18,000 likes since Mrs. Cameron shared it.
A few Twitter users posted heartfelt comments, while others expressed concern that providing food to wild squirrels could make them dependent on it.
“This is great. Although they may be crazy, but I think they should recognize him too,” wrote another user.
A few days ago, a video went viral showing a man feeding and talking to two squirrels. The video was shared by Derrick Downey Jr on Instagram.
Squirrels are one of the friendliest creatures on Earth. People like to feed them on the street and they are comfortable with people.
