Comedian Shraddha Jain, whose hilarious take on the layoffs in the tech sector has gone viral on social media, has come up with another fun skit. This time, Ms. Jain, who is known as ‘Aiyyo Shraddha’ on social media, poked fun at the performance appraisal process. In a video, she pretended to be a manager worried about the impending review and shared her woes with her followers.
“Underestimated…but know that the company greatly appreciates your efforts,” Ms. Jain wrote in the caption of her post, which has garnered more than 694,000 views and nearly 50,000 likes.

In the hilarious skit, the comedian joked about the strategic business off-site, saying it’s scheduled before the promotion and raise letters are handed out. She also poked fun at the performance rating system, noting that most people opt for the “meets expectations” category. She even suggested a new GPS tracking system for targets since they seem to move everywhere.
“Especially our targets are so agile, even before we started our targets, our targets have gone all over the place. They are everywhere. The world needs a new GPS target tracking system. Target positioning system and sometimes we can’t move even though we can see the targets clearly before our eyes,” Ms Jain said in the clip.

Furthermore, the comic suggested turning assessments into a game and gave advice on how to engage employees. She suggested a gold buzzer and an MC to turn feedback sessions into reality shows.
Ms. Jain shared the video just two days ago and since then the clip has taken the internet by storm. Internet users praised the comedian for providing comic relief during a stressful time of year for managers and employees alike.
