There is a lot of similarity between humans and animals when it comes to showing affection and a recent heartwarming video shared by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Susanta Nanda proves this. The clip shared Monday showed two monkeys exchanging love in a way that seemed like they were still seeing each other after a long wait.
In the video, two adult monkeys, each carrying a baby on their backs, approach each other and hug. One monkey takes the child from the other, all of them hugging tightly.

The IFS officer captioned the video, saying, “When the family met after the pandemic.” The clip also shows monkeys making lip-smacking gestures — a common social behavior in monkeys that usually results in friendly interactions.
The moment when the monkey family hugs each other closely has delighted the internet. Since the video was shared, it has been viewed more than 40,000 times and has gained more than 3,000 likes.

An user said: “The unconditional love they felt after the pandemic is too impressive and possessive.” Another wrote, “How humane is this! Take the baby first, then all the hugs and smiles/whatever that expression is, just beautiful and so human!” ‘Ah! Even monkeys know how to nurture and nurture relationships. Man?’ said third†
Another adorable video caused quite a stir on the internet earlier this month. In the clip, a dog was seen helping a monkey steal a packet of chips from a store by standing on the doggy’s back. Internet users were stunned after seeing the friendship between the two.
