In what can only be described as miraculous, a man in Brazil got under a moving bus, but managed to escape with only bruises. A video of the incident circulating on social media shows his death shave.
The camera images show how the bus and the motorcyclist – who was wearing a helmet – move towards each other in a bend. Even before making contact with the bus, the man slips, causing him to fly off the bike and fall under the bus. He comes into contact with the steering wheel of the bus, with his head forward, just as the vehicle comes to a complete stop.
In the next few seconds you see the motorcyclist – apparently in shock – carefully walking away from the steering wheel as the bus reverses. He then turns and lies on his back as passersby rush to help.
The man is then helped out of the rescue helmet and taken to the side of the road.

Several such close shaves with death have been captured on camera over the years. Earlier this year, a boy in Kerala had two near-fatal accidents within seconds. CCTV footage shows the eight-year-old escapee being seriously injured by a motorcycle and hit by a bus, all within 15 seconds. The boy escaped with a few minor bruises. His bike, on the other hand, was completely crushed by the bus.

Both videos reiterate the importance of following traffic rules and wearing a helmet when riding a two-wheeler.
