Two earthquakes, measuring 4.1 and 3.2 on the Richter scale, struck Jammu and Kashmir late Wednesday night, but no loss of life or damage to property was reported, officials said.
The epicenter of the quakes was 62 kilometers northeast of the Katra area in the Jammu region at a depth of 5 kilometers, they said.
On Tuesday, six earthquakes shook Jammu and Kashmir, but there were no reports of loss of life or damage to property. The earthquakes hit the Katra, Doda, Udhampur and Kishtwar districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
