The Karnataka government appointed three state information commissioners on October 15. While Dr. Richard Vincent D'Souza and Dr Mahesh Walwekar have been appointed as state information commissioners in the Karnataka Information Commission for the Bengaluru bank, B. Venkat Singh has been appointed for the Kalaburagi bank, according to a notification.
The government had appointed the Chief Information Commissioner and seven Information Commissioners in January this year.
