Kartik Vasudev was shot dead in Toronto on April 7 after a shooting outside the subway station.

The father of the Toronto management student, who was murdered on April 7, said Kartik’s body would arrive in Delhi on Saturday.
“(Defendant) Edwin has been brought before the court and asked to hire a lawyer for the next hearing scheduled for Wednesday (April 20),” said Hitesh Vasudev, father of the deceased.
Richard Jonathan Edwin (39), the suspect in the murder of Kartik Vasudev,21, was arrested on Sunday by the Toronto police in connection with two murder cases, including that of Kartik Vasudev.
Kartik Vasudev was a management student from Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh who went to Canada in January to study. He was shot and killed in Toronto on April 7 after a shooting outside the Sherbourne subway station.
