Rajasthan BJP chief Madan Rathore on Saturday said that RLP MP Hanuman Beniwal will benefit if his wife Kanika Beniwal loses the Khinvsar Assembly election as she can be at home and take care of their children.
Kanika Beniwal is contesting the November 13 bypoll as an RLP candidate.
Madan Rathore wondered what would happen to their family if both Hanuman Beniwal and his wife continued to do politics? “I saw on social media that he (Hanuman Beniwal) was worried that if his wife did not win, she would go to her 'peehar' (parents' house). Brother, if you felt so threatened, why did you take such a risk? (of including a woman in bypolls)?” he asked.
Madan Rathore then said, “You (Hanuman Beniwal) know she can't win. But I have some advice. Hanumanji, you will benefit if your wife loses. She can go to her parents' house or wherever she goes. will take care of the children.” “Is it not necessary to take care of the children? If both of you continue to participate in politics, what will happen to the family? This must be understood,” he said.
Madan Rathore also attacked the Congress and said many of its leaders are out on bail and involved in politics.
“Congress leaders have been released on bail. They have committed a huge scam and have been arrested. They are out on bail and are doing politics,” he said, naming Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, P. Chidambaram and other leaders.
