On Twitter, the Chinese envoy said: “Thank you to Prime Minister @narendramodi and Indian friends for your prayers and sympathy for the loss in the plane crash. Chinese President Xi Jinping has ordered full search and rescue and proper settlement of the aftermath. To the victims, deepest condolences to their families.”
Prime Minister Modi expressed his grief over the passenger plane crash in China.
“Deeply shocked and saddened to hear of the crash of MU5735 passenger flight MU5735 with 132 on board in Guangxi, China. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of the crash and their families,” he tweeted.
