New Delhi:
40 days after the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, the Delhi Police Special Cell claims, based on its own investigation and the testimony of one of the gunmen, to have drawn up a detailed timetable of how the murder of distance was coordinated and the exact movement of the killers before and after the act.
Senior police officer HGS Dhaliwal told DailyExpertNews that Canada-based Goldy Brar, believed to be one of the two main conspirators in the rapper’s murder, instructed the killers every step of the way. Moose Wala was shot and killed on May 29.
Goldy Brar reportedly called Priyavrat Fauji, one of the gunmen, at 11 a.m. on May 28 to inform him that the singer’s security had been lifted and that they had to carry out the plan themselves the following day. Fauji, who referred to Brar as “doctor,” said his team was ready.
On May 29 at 10 am Priyavrat Fauji, Ankit Sirsa and Keshav stayed in a place called Kirmara in Hisar district of Haryana, from where they took a Bolero car to Mansa in Punjab. on the way they also pick up Deepak Mundi and Kashish from Uklanamandi in the same Haryana district.
Goldy Brar then calls the gunmen and asks them to stop at a diner two miles from Mansa. Manpreet Singh Mannu and Jagroop Singh Roopa join here at the behest of Brar from the Punjab side.
Brar calls the gunman around 4:30 PM and asks them to leave because Moose Wala was about to leave his house. After the killers reached Mansa, Goldy Brar called them again and said the singer was driving a black car with no security.
The gunmen waited for Moose Wala’s car to cross them. The Bolero and another car then followed the singer and fired indiscriminately, his car riddled with bullets from all sides.
After the murder, Goldy Brar called Priyavrat Fauji and asked the gunmen to hide in Haryana’s Fatehabad neighborhood. On May 31, the gunmen reached Bhiwani district in Haryana and later arrived in Gujarat’s Mundra on June 2 after multiple stops, switching vehicles and constantly changing their hideout.
Priyavrat Fauji and Kashish were arrested by Delhi police on June 20.
Manpreet Singh Mannu and Jagroop Singh Roopa are still untraceable.
A day after Moose Wala was murdered, Goldy Brar admitted in a Facebook post that he intended to avenge another mobster. The police initially also called it the outcome of a rivalry between gangs, but the family strongly denied it.
