West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday announced a Durga Puja bonus of Rs 5,300 for civilian volunteers of West Bengal and Kolkata police, and ASHA employees working in the health department.
Some ill-motivated political parties/individuals are trying to create division and enmity between different cadres of Kolkata Police and West Bengal Police. I assure that civilian volunteers of WBP will also receive Puja bonus of Rs 5,300/- just like their counterparts in Kolkata Police,” Mamata Banerjee posted on X (formerly Twitter).
