Anti-corruption watchdog Lokayukta said on Wednesday that it had not found any evidence that the chief minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah in the Mysuru Urban Development had accused Authority Land SCAM case.
In a notification to the complainant – Snehamayi Krishna, one three anti -corruption – activists who wrote to governor Thawarchand Governor last year, looking for the persecution of Siddaramaiah – the Lokayukta said there is no material to prove charges to the ex – Chef -Minister and the other accused.
Krishna gave a week to respond, after which the Lokayukta will submit its final report.
Compensating ground Allottments of Muda between 2016 and 2024 – including those to the wife of Siddaramaiah, BM Parvathi, therefore the Chief Minister, and who are central to the controversy – will remain “under control”, and will be a supplementary report to the court given.
The Muda Land SCAM relates to the allocation of land to the wife of Siddaramaiah.
Anti -corruption -activists had claimed irregularities in the process – the allocation of suddenly in a chic neighborhood in Mysuru in exchange for land on the edge – cost the state of RS 45 Crore.
The Chief Minister and his wife, as well as the Yathindra and senior officials of his son of the urban development body, called these complaints.
