Supertech Limited said on Thursday that the Twin Towers, which were demolished on August 28, were owned by the company and will be used for another housing project after the necessary approval from the Noida Authority and approval from Emerald Court homebuyers.
In an exclusive interview with ANI, RK Arora, Chairman and Managing Director of Supertech Limited, said The Twin Towers Apex and Ceyane in Noida are part of the Emerald Court Project in Sector 93A, built on land allocated by Noida Authority.
“The construction plans of the project, including the two towers, were approved by the Noida Authority in 2009, which was strictly in accordance with the building regulations in force at the time,” he said.
“There was no deviation from the construction plan and the building was constructed after full payment to the Authority. Now both towers have been demolished and we had paid the demolition cost of Rs 17.5 crore to the bodies involved in the demolition according to the Supreme Court. “
Mr Arora said that we will use that land with the approval of the authority and with the approval of the RWA we will use that land according to the rules.
Mr Arora said: “We have repaid 95 percent of the home buyers of the Apex and Ceyane Twin Towers. The remaining 5 percent of the people who are left behind when people come to us, we give them property or return the money with interest and fully in accordance with the order of the Supreme Court.”
One of Supertech Limited’s Ecovillage II housing projects, located in Greater Noida, promoted by RK Arora, is also facing insolvency proceedings.
Mr Arora said: “Only one project is facing insolvency proceedings and is confident that none of the other projects will go into insolvency proceedings as his focus is to have all of his ongoing projects completed within the timeline of the next 24 months. to deliver.”
“Today, 5,000 manpower is on site working for the completion of the projects, and there is no fear of insolvency. With any other project, we hope we will complete it in a timely manner,” he added.
