Real estate company Raymond Ltd reported a cyber security incident on Wednesday to the company that had influenced some of his IT assets.
In a regulatory application, Raymond Ltd inquired that “a cyber security incident took place at the company and it has influenced some of the IT assets that are isolated.” The incident did not influence our core systems and activities, it added.
“None of our customer activities and store activities is affected and the same is normally active,” the company said.
Raymond assured that the company's technical team, together with a specialized team of cyber security experts and management, immediately responded and initiated the necessary precautions and protocols to reduce the impact of this incident.
“The company is investigating the case and the correct inclusion and remediation actions are undertaken in a controlled way to tackle the incident,” said the submission.
With the founding in 1925, Raymond Group was a pioneer and leader in the production of fabrics and then published in other sectors such as Engineering Business and Real Estate.
After transferring his lifestyle activities in a separate listed entity in 2024, Raymond LTD now has two core companies of real estate and engineering.
