Chennai:
The police in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu has arrested a teacher of the government school for alleged sexual abuse of girls students. Researchers say that a parent has filed a complaint with the incident that reportedly took place during a special coaching camp for highly performing students.
A senior police officer said that during the investigation DailyExpertNews had confirmed 'bad touch', or inappropriate physical contact reported by a child. The teacher – who received an earlier warning from the school for inappropriate behavior with girls' students – was then arrested under the strict anti -child sexual abuse law pocso, or protection of children against sexual offenses.
The arrest comes in the midst of a disturbing increase in sexual attacks at schools and colleges in Tamil Nadu, starting with the attack on a female student on the campus of Chennai.
Among the more recent such incidents, three teachers of schools run by the State in the Krishnagiri district were arrested and a few days ago three teenage boys were arrested for the alleged sexual attack and abuse of a younger girl's student on the campus of a school.

The number of such attacks has led to the opposition AIADMK claiming a decrease in the leg and order situation in the state, which will vote for an elections of the meeting next year.

Today (ie Tuesday) the AIADMK is holding a protest in Chennai on this issue.
In the meantime, the prevailing DMK has denied talking about a law and order crisis, which indicates the number of complaints of sexual violence as proof that survivors have faith in the assets of the current government to bring the guilty to the court.
The regupathy of the Minister of Justice recently said: “All suspects were caught. They are brought to court … In contrast to the previous AIADMK regime in which survivors in the sexual abuse of Pollachi were too afraid of even a complaint from the to give the police and a case was placed after two weeks “
