Birthday wishes invaded congress leader Rahul Gandhi when he became 55 (19 June 2025), with party Chief Mallikarjun Kharge who praised him for his dedication to the values and compassion of the Constitution for the millions of whose voices are often unheard of.
Mr. Gandhi, who is a former congress President and the leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, also received warm greetings from leaders of many India bloc voters with DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Chief MK Stalin calls him his brother-in-ideals “bound by the thought, but by the thought,”.
In a post on X, Mr. Kharge extended birthday greetings to Mr. Gandhi.
“What distinguishes you is your unambiguous dedication to the values of the Constitution and your deep compassion for social, political and economic justice for the millions of whose voices are often unheard of,” said the conference.
“Your actions consistently reflect the ideology of the Congrest Party of unity in diversity, harmony and compassion. While continuing your mission to bring the truth to power and support the last person, I wish you a long, healthy and happy life,” Mr. Kharge said.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also greeted Mr Gandhi on his 55th birthday on Thursday (June 19, 2025).
He said on X: “Birthday greetings to the leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, Shri Rahul Gandhi. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life.” Mr. Gandhi is considered the actual face of the most important opposition party.
DMK leader Stalin said: “Warm birthday wishes to my brother-in-ideals, @rahulgandhi-bound not by blood, but through thought, vision and goal. You can stand and continue to lead with courage. In our march to a brighter India will be the victory of us.”
Former Uttar Pradesh leader and Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav said: “Much congratulations to Shri Rahul Gandhi on his birthday and best wishes for his inclusive, accommodating and extensive social-politics activism!”
NCP (SP) MP Supriya Sule also greeted Gandhi on his birthday. “Wish the leader of the opposition – Lok Sabha, @incindia leader Rahul Gandhi (@RaHulgandhi) Ji Happy Birthday. Have a healthy year ahead!” she said.
Rashtriya Janata Dal RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav wished Gandhi a healthy, successful, happy, long and prosperous life.
Congress-General Secretary-leader Organization, KC Venugopal, Mr Gandhi greeted and said that his courage to assume “fascists without fear”, triumphs his message about hatred and his shaky vision of the poor, marginalized and backwards from the country makes him the leader who needs the leader during this “.
