Kind deeds always win hearts. A photo that shows the kindness of a school-age boy is just that. It goes viral on social media while delivering a powerful message.
Shared by IAS officer Awanish Sharan on Twitter, the heartwarming photo shows the boy offering water from his own bottle to an elderly couple on the street. It conveys the message that if kindness is taught from an early age, it gives the power to change the world.
“Hate is taught, kindness is natural,” the IAS officer said in the post’s caption.

The photo has received more than 22,000 likes and Twitter users have been moved by the boy’s gesture.
“Perfect example of humanity,” said one user. “I had a school friend who never drank water straight from his own bottle…when asked why, he once said he gave it to the thirsty he encountered along the way,” noted another user.
Other users said that kindness is a universal language that should be taught to children from a very early age.
A similar act of kindness also went viral on the internet earlier when an Instagram post showed a woman gifting a cell phone to an idli seller.
“So last night I was craving idli and we went looking for this idli wala uncle because he makes yum idli! When we got there I asked for his number and found out he didn’t have a phone. And we all thought we would give him “We had to give a phone as a present. We wandered around and found a store and got this phone. He was so happy and shaking! Doing these little things gives an inexplicable happiness. We were so happy because Uncle was happy!” she said in the post in February.
