There have been multiple incidents of cars getting stuck on beaches across India. A few days ago an MG Astor ran aground in the soft beach sand around Goa’s famous Morjim Beach. Now, in yet another irresponsible act, a Kerala youth got his Jeep Compass stuck on a beach. A video has surfaced on Reddit showing a red Jeep Compass driving too close to the coast of Kerala. After a few seconds into the video, the car gets stuck and even after several attempts, the driver is unable to shut the vehicle into reverse.
Posted by Reddit user, KillerFernandes with the caption, “This guy deserves it,” the video further shows people trying to help the driver and later fighting him. The SUV tires got deeper into the loose sand the more it accelerated. The incident attracted onlookers and after a while a crane was called to get the jeep off the shore.

The video does not show whether the car came out of the shore or not. So far, the video has received 99,000 upvotes and 1,100 comments. The Internet was not happy with this bizarre and irresponsible act of the man. One user wrote, “People should have pushed the car further into the ocean instead of pulling it out.” Another comment read, “Show off paid off.” “Bruh did they try to pull a car with rope through a JCB?” the third comment.
It is not yet clear how many people were in the car, but no one was injured in the incident.
