People often like to snack between meals. This leads to loading your body with unhealthy edibles and junk foods. To avoid this, people should plan a diet and include healthy drinks and nutritional snacks in their plan. One such protein snack recipe was shared by TV actress Chhavi Mittal in an Instagram video. The actress recently defeated breast cancer and has fully recovered from the disease. Named with the caption, “Premature hunger doesn’t always have to be caused by guilt. Try this protein snack that’s packed with good nutrition and good calories to keep you feeling full for longer.”
Greek yogurt – 100g
Dates – 2
Protein powder – 1 scoop
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tsp
Chia seed – 1 tsp toasted
Flaxseed – 1 tsp toasted
Cold pressed coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Banana – 1
Dried blueberries – 4-5
Muesli – 4-5 tablespoons
All the above mentioned ingredients in Chhavi’s post are easily available at any supermarket. The preparation of the snack only takes a minute. First cut the dates into small pieces. Toast the chia and flax seeds and grind all ingredients together in a mixer. Then take out the smoothie and pour over some dried blueberries and granola. Mix the smoothie with the muesli and blueberries. Your protein snack is ready to be served.

Her videos are mostly based on her lifestyle and fitness. She preaches fitness for everyone, but at the same time advocates that taking a rest and sometimes cheating your routine is okay too so you don’t become obsessed with it.
