After recovering from a shoulder injury, Mirzapur fame Ali Fazal has returned to the gym. Some time ago, Ali shared a video of his intense training session doing everything from cycling to lifting heavy weights.
His trainer Adnan Azhar can also be seen in the video. “Beating with Adnan Azhar!” the actor wrote in the caption of his post. Ali also confirmed a lot of improvement in his shoulder injuries.

Cycling: As everyone knows, cycling is performed as a cardio exercise to warm up, and this is what Ali does at the beginning of the video.
pull a face: The face pull is one of the exercises for the upper body.
