Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor Wedding: The groom squad is all dressed up for the pre-wedding festivities of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding celebrations have started with a starry sky! The groom’s team, which included Kapoor sisters Karishma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, along with best friend Ayan Mukerji and filmmaker Karan Johar, were seen arriving at the venue looking radiant and ready to enjoy the marital zeal.
With sequins and floral designs taking center stage in their attire, the couple’s outfits for the day were a bouquet of surprises.
Looking radiant and glamorous in Manish Malhotra’s ensembles was Kareena Kapoor Khan who looked stunning in an ivory Kashmiri lehenga set from the designer’s latest Khaab collection. Adding a touch of sunshine to his personality was the yellow embroidered kurta set worn by filmmaker Karan Johar. We also saw that Riddhima Kapoor Sahni looked stunning in Manish’s signature sequin saree.
Actor Karishma Kapoor who arrived for the position along with Kareena was seen wearing a Punit Balana Anarkali suit with gota embroidery and teamed up with Maroli work jaal dupatta paired with a churidar. The beautiful anarkali is made of chanderi silk and the embroidered dupatta is made of organza silk.
By keeping the hair and makeup minimal, the Kapoor sisters were seen sporting a simple yet festive daytime look. While Karishma tied her hair in a simple bun and completed her look with jhumkas and a Maang tika, Kareena chose to let her hair down and style it with a thin braid with a bead detail.
Neetu Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji, Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra Jain, among others, were also seen adorning floral motifs in their clothing. While the friends and relatives are all dressed up in their best, we can’t wait to see what the bride and groom will be wearing on their big day.
