The very talented and adorable Jungkook shared his nightly routine with the BTS army on Weverse Army membership 2023, read on to know more-
The member of the mega-popular K-pop Boy band, Jeon Jungkook, is back with his charming smile, ready to get ARMY’s heart racing again and share a thing or two about how to get a good night’s sleep. Sitting in a cozy bedroom setting, the youngest member of BTS gave a Good night Interview on Weverse about his “special daily routine”. All set to share the things he always does before going to bed, Jungkook hoped that ARMYs might get something useful out of his interview that could also help them get a good night’s sleep.
Jungkook immediately informs ARMYs that he usually can’t fall asleep right away. “I listen to music or watch a video and if I feel sleepy when my eyes start to close I try to fall asleep,” he said in his interview. As if that wasn’t relatable enough, the BTS singer went on to say that while sometimes it feels like he’s falling asleep in 30 seconds, sometimes he’s awake for three or four hours.
What goes through his head when the latter happens? The Golden Maknae said, ‘I think about what happened that day and my thoughts start to branch out from there. For example, if I wasn’t happy with how I did in the concert, I’ll think about it until another topic comes to mind.” He smiled as he added, “Then I think of that subject, and another, and another.”
Jungkook also had some pretty good ideas for ARMIES to make sure they could catch some z’s. First and foremost, the BTS member makes sure to stick to a sleep schedule. When he can’t and ends up staying up until morning, he tries to stay up during the day and only crash at night. He then prefers to keep his room temperature ideal. He said: “Usually I have my room at the ideal temperature. I can’t sleep if it’s too hot or too cold.” In addition, Jungkook said to eat nothing right before bed and do a little light stretching to help you relax before going to bed.
Known as a fitness freak who is perfect in everything he does, ARMIES may not often identify with Jungkook’s perfect habits and talents. Still, there is one thing most people can relate to. Even BTS’ Golden Maknae has a hard time waking up in the morning. When asked about his morning alarm tip, he said it was no use since he can’t hear the alarm anyway. Jungkook shared that even on that day, he woke up late, got ready in a hurry, and rushed over to him.
It would be perfect to take a page out of Jungkook’s book. Because he already follows most of the tips shared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to sleep better.
