The right way to meditate
One basic thought disturbs our minds, namely: Are we meditating correctly? Druv Patel and Dr. Batul Patel said, “There is no right or wrong way to meditate, sometimes without even trying to meditate you may already be meditating, especially if you are doing something you love. So the last thing you want is to have expectations of your meditation session, there is no perfect way to do it, just make a conscious effort and let meditation come to you effortlessly.”
How To Control Thoughts During Meditation:
Mind control is a common misconception that needs to be addressed, according to Dhruv Patel and Dr. Batul Patel. “The idea is not to get involved in your thoughts, but to be a silent observer. This will gradually decrease the intensity of your thoughts and clear your mind,” they said.
How to calm your mind
The key to meditation is calming the mind without losing focus. For that reason, Dhruv Patel and Dr. Batul Patel that to get the right results, we must invariably exercise and discipline our brain to improve focus and concentration.
