  2. EggsEggs are a versatile and affordable source of protein. Scrambled, poached or as an omelette: they make a great breakfast option. They not only provide a protein boost, but also essential nutrients such as choline and B vitamins.
  3. DalsDals and pulses are dietary foods known for their high protein content. These plant-based protein sources are an excellent option for vegetarians and vegans worldwide. Popular pulses like moong & masoor dal, chickpeas, black beans and kidney beans are known for their protein richness. In addition to protein, they are also rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, making them an essential part of a balanced and healthy diet.
  4. ChickenChicken is a lean protein source that can be used in various meals. It pairs well with vegetables and whole grains for a tasty and balanced lunch or dinner.
  5. Seeds and nutsSeeds and nuts are nutrient-rich high flyers known for their protein richness among other health benefits. These small packs contain plant-based proteins, making them an excellent option for vegetarians and vegans. Almonds, for example, are a popular choice and provide about 6 grams of protein per ounce.
