To spread the word about mental health issues during Mental Health Awareness Month, she spoke in a recent YouTube video about the breath counting technique she uses to relieve her anxiety.
Mental Health Awareness Week is being held in the United States from May 1 to May 31 to raise awareness about mental health issues.
Hailey said she inhales for three seconds and exhales for seven seconds. The breathing technique is repeated several times. She said this technique had a significant impact on her anxiety problems and helped her reduce her nervousness.
“It really helped me in times of a lot of anxiety,” Hailey said in the video. Her technique is an adaptation of breathing exercises approved by specialists, such as the 4-6 method.
Since Hailey Bieber has been in therapy for a long time, she has also spoken about how it has made her better. According to her, it has been a complete game changer as it is the one place where she feels comfortable and believes she can talk about anything without being afraid of being judged.
She works on herself according to the feedback she gets from her therapist. She has a tendency to please people and that is one of the things she is into.
