- Milk – 1 cup
- Celery – 1 tbsp – finely chopped
- Ginger – ¼ tbsp – finely chopped
- Honey – One and a half tablespoons
- Nutmeg powder – a pinch
- Coconut water – ¾ cup
- Black pepper powder – a pinch
- Vanilla extract – a few drops
