Singapore Sling (Singapore)
Experience the exotic flavors of Singapore with the Singapore Sling. A harmonious blend of Tenjaku Gin, cherry brandy and citrus notes, this tropical and fruity cocktail offers a taste of Southeast Asian paradise.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Tenjaku gin
- 1/2 oz cherry brandy
- 1/4 oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)
- 1/4 oz Benedictine
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- A dash of Angostura bitters
Method:
- In a chilled shaker, add Tenjaku Gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, Bénédictine, fresh pineapple juice and freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Shake continuously for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Add a dash of Angostura bitters on top. This gives the cocktail a nice aroma and a touch of complexity.
- Garnish your cocktail with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail stick.
Mai Tai (United States)
A tiki classic, the Mai Tai offers a taste of a tropical paradise with the harmonious blend of Viva El Ron White Rum, Cointreau and orgaade syrup, making it a refreshing choice on a sunny day.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Viva El Ron White Rum
- 1/2 oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz orgaad syrup
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Lime wheel and mint sprig (garnish)
Method:
- In a chilled shaker, add Viva El Ron White Rum, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lime juice, orgaad syrup, and simple syrup.
- Shake it well for about 10-15 seconds
- Fill a Tiki mug or similar fun and exotic glass with crushed ice.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass over the crushed ice.
- Garnish your cocktail with a lime slice, a sprig of fresh mint and a colorful cocktail umbrella for a tropical touch.
Irish Coffee (Ireland)
Warm your soul with the classic Irish Coffee. This iconic blend of Bushmills Original Irish whisky, hot coffee and sweet brown sugar syrup, topped with whipped cream, is a comforting sipper hailing from the Emerald Isle.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz brown sugar syrup (made by dissolving brown sugar in hot water)
- 4 oz Hot brewed coffee
- Fresh cream
Method:
- Preheat an Irish Coffee glass by filling it with hot water and then empty it.
- Pour the Bushmills Original Irish whiskey and brown sugar syrup into the heated glass.
- Add the hot brewed coffee and stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Carefully place a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream on top of the coffee. You can use the back of a spoon to float the cream on the surface.
- If necessary, lightly grate some fresh nutmeg over the whipped cream for extra aroma and flavor.
Japanese Yuzu Margarita (Japan)
Take a trip to Japan with the Japanese Yuzu Margarita. Yuzu, a citrus fruit popular in Japanese cuisine, puts a unique and refreshing twist on the classic margarita, making it a harmonious blend of 1800 Blanco Tequila and Asian flavors.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz 1800 Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Yuzu juice (or substitute lime juice)
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- Lime wheel (garnish)
- Kosher salt (optional)
Method:
- Rim a rock glass with kosher salt and fill it with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1800 Blanco Tequila, fresh yuzu juice (or the yuzu-lime mixture), and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over the ice.
- Garnish your cocktail with a lime slice on the rim of the glass and a dash of yuzu zest or a twist of lime zest on top.
Diplomatico Savoy Daisy (England)
The Diplomático Savoy Daisy is an exquisite and visually stunning cocktail that combines the luxurious Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva rum with the bright and zesty flavors of fresh lime juice. The addition of grenadine syrup and simple syrup provides a delicious sweetness that perfectly balances the sourness of the citrus.

- In a chilled shaker, add Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva Rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, grenadine syrup and simple syrup.
- Shake well for about 10-15 seconds until.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass. To make it even tastier, you can let the glass cool in the freezer for a few minutes before pouring.
- Garnish your cocktail with a lemon twist or a lime twist.
