Cannes 2023: Masoom Minawala, the undeniable fashion queen of India, represented her country for the fourth consecutive year at Cannes as she walked the red carpet in a majestic blue couture gown designed by Falguni Shane Peacock.
The outfit featured a 15-foot-long waist cape made of numerous layers of ruffles. Masoom’s grace and delicacy are captured in the several layers of ruffles of the waist cape that fall gently from the waist. It is expertly crafted with great attention to detail. The bodice of the dress features intricate embroidery that highlights India’s renowned fine craftsmanship and cultural heritage. Masoom has once again kept her makeup simple and straightforward by sticking to a sheer look accentuated with a shimmering blush and sharp, well-defined eyes with mascara. She made sure to apply nude lipstick, which again complemented the whole style. The fact that her outfit and make-up go so well together has been completely overhauled.
