If you also throw away the peels of fruits and vegetables and think it is useless, then you are mistaken, because peels are perfect for skin care.

Gone are the days when the peels didn’t make sense. Yes, things that we throw away as useless can be used to get the perfect glowing skin.

Here are the peels of fruits and vegetables for skin care:

Orange: Orange peel contains vitamin C and is very good for the skin. It works especially for problems such as blackheads, dark circles and dry skin. It also helps in lightening the skin tone. To do this, make a paste by mixing orange peel powder with milk and apply it on the skin.

Lemon: Lemon contains citric acid and it helps the teeth. Rubbing the peel on the teeth brightens and whitens them. Using it on the skin relieves the symptoms of aging. Since lemons have a low pH, they also act as a toner for the skin.

Potato: Potatoes contain carbohydrates and vitamin C, which help maintain overall skin health. In addition to the skin, potato peelings are also good for the hair. Mix the potato skins and add 1 tablespoon of water to it and then apply that paste on the hair. This makes the hair longer. Rubbing potato skin under the eyes also instantly reduces puffiness.

Pomegranate: Pomegranate peels are rich in antioxidants and are also the powerhouse of vitamin C. Dry the pomegranate peels, blend them and make a paste by mixing lemon and honey. Now apply it on the skin. This reduces dark spots and moisturizes and brightens the skin. Pomegranate peels also help to moisturize the skin in all seasons.

Papaya: Papaya is rich in vitamin A. It contains an enzyme called papain, which helps exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells. Rubbing papaya peel on the ankles and feet will make them slippery. Cut the papaya peel into small pieces and mix it in vinegar and store it in a container for a month or two.

Your papaya-soaked vinegar solution is ready. You can use it with other skin care recipes and scalp related recipes. This works like a miracle.
