NAVRATRI DAY 4: Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered prayers to Maa Kushmanda on the fourth day of Navratri today on Wednesday, October 18. He also shared a video of a goddess hymn, or devi stuti. “The fourth day of Navratri is the holy day of worship of Mother Kushmanda. I pray to Mother Goddess for the well-being of all my family members,” PM Modi posted in Hindi on X, formerly Twitter.

NAVRATRI DAY 4: MAA KUSHMANDA
The fourth day of Navratri is dedicated to Maa Kushmanda, the fourth manifestation of Goddess Durga. She is depicted as a radiant goddess with eight arms, seated on a lion. She holds various objects in her hands, including a lotus, a rosary, a kamandalu (water pot), a bow, an arrow, a pot of nectar, a discus and a club. Maa Kushmanda is known as the creator of the universe and is worshiped for her ability to bestow health, wealth and prosperity.
