With her incredibly melodious voice, a seven-year-old girl has become the youngest opera singer. Victory Brinker was awarded the Guinness World Records title after participating in eight professional appearances in 2019, according to the GWR website.
Victory is now 10 years old and is committed to polishing her voice to reach new heights in the opera world.
Years before she took home the title, Victory’s parents already knew that their daughter had a penchant for opera. As a toddler, Victory had once asked her mother to show who could sing the highest notes.
According to Victory, she was “an early talker and started singing at the age of two.” She claimed she started memorizing “whole CDs with good pitch” when she was just between two and three years old. “I was always singing,” she added.
In addition to appearing on the Pittsburgh Public Theater’s Lights and Legends show, which helped her earn the title, Victory has a long list of accomplishments. She can reach more than three octaves and can sing in seven different languages.
Additionally, Victory became the first-ever contestant to receive a unanimous Golden Buzzer on America’s Got Talent on July 6, 2021. Victory had not only managed to captivate audiences with her performance of “Juliet’s Waltz,” but impressed all four of them. jurors of the show.
Later on, Victory also took part in an Italian music show and several other TV shows where she showcased her skills. She also sings the anthem at NBA, MLB and NFL games.
To hone her talent, Victory takes lessons from a coach and learns new pieces and languages. Every day she practices 45 minutes to an hour with her mother. Victory insists that her mother taught her to sing and always encourages her to do better.
However, there are no limits to Victory’s talent. Besides singing, she also pursues acting and hopes to break records in the future as well. Victory aims to break the record for “highest vocal note” by a child or even an adult.
