Achieving tight arms takes a lot of effort and dedication, but most importantly, consistency. We’ve put together a few arm exercises to burn the fat in the area. arm slides
Armslides are great for activating your triceps. The best part about them is that they focus on your arms, but also strengthen your entire core. While they’re usually done on the floor, beginners can try them on the wall, which will also improve the strength of your calves, quads, and glutes. battle ropes
The battle ropes need no introduction. Every Bollywood movie that tries to showcase transformation starts with the main character pulling the strings. Aside from burning fat and strengthening your arms, they are great for building muscle strength, improving cardiorespiratory fitness and improving athletic performance. Also, the battle rope improves core strength.
arm circles
This is great for people who don’t want to invest in gym equipment or props, but still want to get rid of that stubborn fat. Aside from strengthening your muscles in your shoulder and arm — biceps and triceps — they work great on your upper back muscles. Arm circles will beat that fat buildup in your arms if you practice them daily in addition to other arm muscle workouts.
