Here’s the recipe and ingredients needed to make the brew.
- 2 glasses of water
- A handful of mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Carom seeds
- ½ tablespoon Ajwain or fenugreek seeds
- ½ tablespoon Haldi or turmeric
- Add all ingredients to two glasses of water
- Boil it for about 7 to 10 minutes on a medium heat
- Once the water changes color, the brew is ready. Serve it warm
- Drink the brew on an empty stomach or an hour later to consume food
