India and South Africa shared honors in the five-match T20I series after the final match in Bengaluru was canceled on Sunday due to rain with just 3.3 overs possible. India and South Africa were tied at 2-2 after four games. After being batted into bat, a persistent rainstorm delayed the game by 50 minutes. It started to rain just as the game was about to start. The interrupted game started at 7:50 PM but was called off after just 16 minutes of play, with India scoring 28 runs for the loss of two wickets.

Lungi Ngidi got the wickets from both Ishan Kishan and Ruturaj Gaikwad with some slower deliveries.
Kishan missed two sixes from Kehsav Maharaj’s opening, but was undone by a sloppy slower throw from Ngidi as he went on the shot early and went all the way over it.
Gaikwad also failed to pick up a slower delivery and was knocked out midway through before the heavens opened again to stop the series decider.
