Former India captain Mrs. Dhoni and Batter Suresh Raina lived on Tuesday the wedding festivals of Wicketkeeper-Batter Rishabh Pant's sister, Sakshi. The ceremony took place at the Savoy Hotel in Musso, with Pant's sister who made the knot with businessman Ankit Chaudhary on Wednesday. Pant was part of India's Champions Trophy Winning Squad, but did not play a single game. Pant returned to India earlier this week and participated in the ceremonies of Mehendi, Sangeet and Haldi.
Dhoni, together with his wife, Sakshi, arrived on Tuesday evening in Mussoorie. The wife and sister of Dhoni share the same name for the Unververeded.

Nieuwsbureau Ians reported on Tuesday that India skipper Rohit Sharma, Sterrenbag Virat Kohli and former Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni are expected to attend the wedding.
However, Rohit and Kohli were nowhere to be seen on day 1 of the wedding festivities. It is still to be seen whether the duo will be part of Sakshi's D-Day.
Sakshi, who studied in the UK, enjoys a large supporter on social media thanks to her travel photos and trendy outfits. She and Ankit were engaged last year after they were reportedly gone out with each other for nine years.
In the meantime, Kl Rahul played for panting as India's designated Wicketkeeper-Batter during the Champions trophy.
Pant was part of the Champions Trophy-winning team in which India defeated New Zealand in the final to win their third title.
The Wicketkeeper-Batter survived an almost fatal car accident in December 2022. After undergoing several operations and extended rehabilitation, he made a comeback to Cricket after more than a year and helped India to win the T20 World Cup.
At his comeback in the test, he scored a competition -winning century against Bangladesh in September 2024, equal to the record of Dhoni for most test hundreds by an Indian wicketkeeper.
Pant also became the most expensive player in the IPL history at the Mega auction of 2025 after he was purchased last November by Luckknow Super Giants (LSG) for RS 27 Crore in Jeddah. He surpassed the brand that was determined by the bid of Punjab Kings (PBKS) of RS 26.75 Crore to buy Shreyas Iyer a few minutes earlier.
In January he was officially unveiled as the LSG captain for IPL 2025, from March 22.
