Pakistani captain Babar Azam is one of the best hitters in the world right now, while Naseem Shah is one of the hottest young pacesetters. So what happened when the two were in the nets? Of course it was a fiery affair as the two struggled during training amid Pakistan’s seven-game T20I series against England. In a video shared by the Pakistan Cricket Board, Shah can be seen bowling in Babar. The race turned out to be fairly even, with Babar about to get rid of the youngster.

There were some beautiful drives and flicks from Babar, but Naseem Shah harassed him with a short ball when the Pakistani skipper missed his attempt at pull.
Babar then had to defend some good deliveries from the young pacer, but also knocked him over the extra coverage region when he got a full and wide delivery.
As the video ended, more defensive shots followed.
Babar Azam, who had been out of shape due to the Asian Cup, made a majestic century in a 200-run chase during the T20I series against England, who are currently 2-2 after the first four games in Karachi.

Naseem Shah, meanwhile, was not included in the playing XI after the first match, where he scored 41 runs without taking a wicket in his four overs.
The two teams now face each other in three matches in Lahore.
