Sophie Ecclestone produced an excellent all -round show to hand over Warriorz a sensational victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the very first super over from the Women's Premier League on Monday. Ellysse Perry and Danni Wyatt-Hodge sent in the bat, sparkled with the bat to accompany RCB 180 for six. Perry hit an unbeaten 90 out of 56 balls while Opener Wyatt-Hodge made 57. But Ecclestone, who registered economic figures from 4-0-22-0, showed her bravery with the bat, scored 33 of 19 balls to help Warriorz a make a remarkable comeback to bind the game and to the super, where They came at the top. Up Warriorz only succeeded in eight points in the super bowled by managing Kim Garth.
The responsibility was then on RCB skipper Smriti Mandhana and Richa Ghosh to chase the target of nine points against Ecclestone, but the English cricket player came at the top, with only four points.
Earlier RCB lost Mandhana, bent by DETTI Sharma in the fourth.
Perry joined Wyatt-Hodge and the duo shared 94 points in 65 balls for the second Wicket to help RCB move forward.

Openers Kiran Navgire (24) and Dineh Vrinda (14) started on a promising note and shared 30 runs in 2.5 overs before both quickly left.
Navgire was the first to leave, bent by Renuka Singh. Renuka later came back to fire Vrinda, who was caught in the middle of Mandhana when she tried to hit a complete delivery over the circle.

While McGrath was blunt by Richa Ghosh, DETTI was caught brilliantly by Ghosh behind the stumps after RCB started a review.
Shewata Sehrawat did her best to keep Warriorz in hunting with a nice 25-ball 31, who had four borders but was rejected by Perry, caught by Ghosh while the batter tried to fish for an episode of a broad leg.
Rana was the choice of the bowlers for RCB with figures of 3/27, while Renuka Singh (2/36) and Kim Garth (2/40) took two wickets each.

Ecclestone needs 18 of the latter, Renuka hit two consecutive sixes and a limit to lower the comparison to 2 out of 2.
