The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G has reportedly been spotted in the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification database. The affordable smartphone is expected to be launched soon. The FCC database showed the model number, SM-M135M, of the upcoming addition to Samsung’s M series. The database also indicates that the charging adapter tested probably supports 15W fast charging. In April, the South Korean giant launched two new M-series smartphones in India, the Galaxy M33 5G and the Galaxy M53 5G. Samsung has yet to confirm the launch of a new affordable smartphone in the M series.
According to a new report, MySmartPrice has spotted the rumored Samsung Galaxy M13 5G in the FCC certification list database. The listing suggests that the smartphone will likely support 15W fast charging. The report claimed that the model number of the new affordable smartphone was, as stated, the SM-M135M. The smartphone is expected to be launched soon.
The website also contained the battery data of the smartphone. As spotted, Samsung is said to be testing the upcoming smartphone with the EP-TA200 model number adapter, which will reportedly support 15W fast charging.
Samsung Galaxy M31 5G: what we know
According to a March report, the Samsung Galaxy M31 5G is expected to hit the Indian market shortly after the release of the Galaxy M33 5G. The affordable smartphone is said to come out of the box with an Android 11 based One UI skin. The phone will reportedly have a 6.5-inch full HD+ touchscreen display. The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G is also expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage and a four-camera setup.
There are also speculations that the smartphone may come without an adapter in the box as more smartphone manufacturers are slowly following the trend. The Samsung Galaxy M13 is also expected to launch with enhanced features for last year’s Samsung Galaxy M12 4G.
Samsung had launched two mid-range smartphones in the M-series in April, the Galaxy M33 5G and Galaxy M53 5G.
