Itel launched its latest budget 5G smartphone, the A95 5G, on the Indian market on April 17, 2025. It offers AI-driven functions at an affordable price.

The smartphone is available in two configurations – 4 GB RAM priced on £9,599 and 6 GB RAM on £9,999 – Both linked to 128 GB Internal Storage. The device is available to buy at the authorized stores throughout India.
Specifications and functions
The Itel A95 5G is performed on Android 14 and is powered by the MediaTek D6300 Octa-Core processor and supports several 5G tires. The device has a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch response of 240 Hz. The screen is protected by Panda Glass and has a Punch-Hole design with a dynamic bar.
One of the highlights of the A95 5G is the internal AI assistant of Itel, Aivana. The device also contains the ASK AI tool, with which users have access to functionalities such as grammar control, text generation and substantive discovery.
In terms of design, the phone measures a thickness of 7.8 mm and wears an IP54 rating for resistance to dust and water splashes. Biometric protection is handled through a sideways mounted fingerprint sensor and the device also supports face unlock.
For Optiek, the device is equipped with a 50MP Super HDR camera, along with an 8MP camera on the front. The A95 5G supports 2k video recording and contains photography modes such as vlog mode, double video recording and sky effects.
Supported by a battery of 5000 mAh, the device contains a 10W loader. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi and an infrared blaster, so that the handset can be used as a remote control for compatible house equipment.
The A95 5G offers memory expansion -the 4 GB RAM variant can be expanded to 8 GB, while the 6 GB variant can be expanded to 12 GB. In addition, buyers receive a free screen replacement within 100 days of purchase. The brand also promises for five years of software support for the handset.
