Oppo has confirmed that it will launch its new Mid-Range series in India, the Oppo F29 and Oppo F29 Pro on 20 March. In the past, the Chinese smartphone maker has focused on sustainability with its F series and the F29 -Line -Up is expected to be marketed in a similar way.
Oppo has already confirmed that the two telephones are supplied with IP68 and IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, which means that they must be immersed to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes, while they are also able to handle cold/hot water jets from each direction.
Apart from this, other details about the Oppo F29 series are silent under Wraps, but leaks have given us a reasonable idea about what we can expect.
Oppo F29 Pro 5G specifications:
Oppo F29 Pro is expected to have a 6.7-inch FHD+ quad-bent Amoled display with a refreshing speed of 120 Hz. The phone can be powered by the MediaTek Dimesity 7300 processor, which is the same SOC who the Oppo Reno 12 Pro, CMF telephone 1 (review) from last year and the recently launched VIVO T4X.
In terms of optics, the F29 Pro probably has a 50MP primary shooter with OIS and a 2MP sensor to make the numbers. At the front there can be a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
The phone can be supplied with a 6000 mAh battery with support for 80W Superooc quickly charging. If the leaks have to be believed, the phone must take place in three storage variants: 8 GB RAM/128 GB Storage, 8 GB RAM/256 GB Storage and 12 GB RAM/256 GB Storage.
Oppo F29 5G specifications:
Oppo F29 5G is also expected to be supplied with a 6.7 inch Full HD+ display. It can be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SOC.
There could be a similar camera arrangement if the F29 Pro, with a 50MP primary shooter, albeit without the OIS and a 2MP monochrome sensor. At the front, the same 16MP Selfie shooter can be.
It can be packed with a battery of 6500 mAh with support for 45W Superooc chargers. The phone can come in two variants: 8 GB RAM/128 GB Storage and 8 GB RAM/256 GB Storage.
Oppo F29 5G series Expected Price:
According to Lekken, the OPPO F29 Pro 5G can be priced under £30,000 while the Oppo F29 could land 5G £25,000 in India.
