Gemini is now built into Chrome
Google has announced that if you are subscribed to Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra, which will cost £1.950 and £24,500 monthly, respectively in India, you get access to Gemini in Chrome. This is currently available for users in the US, while using English as their language. It will also be available for both Windows and macOS. With VEO 2 we saw how the text-to-video model of Google could generate videos from thin air. All you had to do was submit text -based prompts and Google would return a video for you. However, with the latest VEO 3 -model from Google, Google now also generates audio. This completes the text-to-media generation. Audio have an extra element.
Gemini Live is now better than ever thanks to Project Astra
Google wants to make a “Universal AI assistant” that understands the world around you. Now Google Gemini has integrated with Project Astra's camera and screen exchange, and this seems to be a step in that direction. There may be several use cases in which Google Gemini can see the area around you and tell you how to repair a bike and more. Moreover, you can of course, because it records things, including whether you are on it or not.
