New Delhi:
YouTuber Samay Raina was called up for the second time this week by the Maharashtra -Cybercel, in the midst of a row over PodCaster Ranveer Allahbadia's remark about the YouTube show of the first “India's got Latent”.
While he informs that he will return from the US on March 17, Mr. Raina has sought more time to respond to the summons.
Mr Allahbadia, who had more than 16 million followers on social media platforms before the row,, after a video of his controversial comments about intimacy between parents, led to a massive debate about freedom of expression and some decency.

Although he has published a video confusion and called his remark a “judgment in judgment”. Raina has removed all the episodes of the show “India's Got Latent” from YouTube and said he will fully collaborate with the probe, but the problem was far from harmless.
The Mumbai police have recorded the statements of seven people, including social media influencer Apoorva Makhija, while Mr Allahbadia will appear before them in a day or two, told officials PTI.
The Maharashtra Cyber Department had called for more than 40 people and asked to join the probe in the case. The 40 people include participants and judges from the previous episodes of the show.
The Guwahati police also registered a case against Mr Allahbadia and four others and a team in Mumbai to investigate the case.
The case even reached the parliament when Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske persuaded the issue and called for a law to regulate social media.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Fadnavis said that although he did not see the clip in question, he warned people about the limits of freedom of expression. “Everyone has the freedom of expression, but our freedom ends when we affect the freedom of others … In our society we have made some rules, it is absolutely wrong if someone breaks them. Action has to be taken against them,” he said .
