A man, for fear that he will be asked to leave his house in Delhi because he was married to the wishes of his family, was arrested for planning and implementing the murder of his father, the police said. The son, Luv Bhardwaj, had two accomplices, the police added.
The incident was reported from Narela – at home of Narela Industrial Area, one of the most important industrial complexes of Delhi, in North Selehi.
Ramesh Bhardwaj, 67, has been missing since January 28. His daughter, Ekta Arora, submitted a missing police a day later.
The daughter told the police that her father went to Narela on January 28 on his scooter, after which there was no trace of him. She suspected her father had been kidnapped.
After an investigation, the police found that Rameh Bhardwaj was last seen with his old servant Jitendra.
When the police team arrived at the house of Jitendra, they discovered that he was also missing. When his family interrogates, it was found that his son Vishal was also missing and his phone was eliminated. With the help of technical supervision, the police traced the location of Vishal and took him into custody.
During the interrogation, Vishal said, Vishal said, the police, that he and his father Jitendra Rameh Bhardwaj had killed. After the murder, his father told him to throw away over the body, the police said who quoted Vishal.
“Vishal put the body in a bag and threw it in a nearby drain. The body, which had fallen to a large extent, was restored to the instructions of Vishal,” the police said.
The police further revealed that the son of the man Luv Bhardwaj has hatched the conspiracy.
“Ramesh Bhardwaj was angry with his son Luv because he was married for love. He wanted to take his son and his family out of the house and for this he had also filed a complaint for the district magistrate under the senior citizen act,” said the senior citizen act , “said the Senior Citizen -Police Act.
Luv Bhardwaj, the police said, was afraid that he would have to leave the house with his family. Because of this fear, he came out of a conspiracy to eliminate his father, the police said, adding that he lured his father's old servant with money and prepared him for the murder.
The son had given Jitendra RS 35,000 as a token advance, the police said.
The Postmortem report has confirmed that the 67-year-old was strangled. The police have arrested Luv Bhardwaj and sent him to judicial detention, while Vishal is in police detention. The search for the most important suspect, Jitendra, is on, the police said.
