Days after legendary playback singer Kumar Sanu approached the Delhi High Court seeking protection of his personality rights, Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has taken a similar step.
The actor has filed a plea in court seeking protection of his name, image, likeness and other marks of his personality from unauthorized commercial use and misuse. Bar and sofa reported.
The Delhi High Court will hear the case tomorrow.
