New Delhi:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi made his podcast debut on Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath's series People by WTF and said mistakes can happen and he too is prone to making them.
“Mistakes happen, and I can make some too. I am also a human being, not a god,” PM Modi told Mr Kamath.
The Zerodha co-founder also shared his concerns about his language skills early in the podcast, jokingly referring to his “bad Hindi.”
“Sir, please forgive me if my Hindi is not good. I am South Indian. I grew up mostly in Bangalore. My mother's city is Mysuru, where people mainly speak Kannada. My father lived near Mangalore. I I learned Hindi in school but I am not fluent in the language,” Kamath told Prime Minister Modi.
The Prime Minister responded reassuringly: “Hum dono ki aise hello chalegi” (This is how we're going to make it together). I'm sitting here in front of you and talking, I'm nervous. It's a difficult conversation for me. This is my first podcast, I don't know how it will go with you audience.”

“I used to wash the clothes of all my relatives. That's why I was allowed to go to the pond,” Prime Minister Mod said.
The podcast trailer was shared by Prime Minister Modi himself on X, formerly Twitter. “I hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it for you!” PM Modi wrote.
